Bianca moved to Elizabeth from Jersey City at the age of 9. She graduated from Elizabeth High School in 1998 and later attended Ultimate Medical Academy completing her Associates in Health and Services. She is currently pursuing her Bachelors in Social Work from Walden University.

Bianca now resides in Linden with her husband, two children, and her dog. Aside from her full-time job at a local liquor distributor, Bianca also volunteers with the Union County Rape Crisis Center as a Confidential Sexual Violence Advocate using her compassion and empathy to empower survivors. She now joins Team Interrupters Inc. as the Program Coordinator for our Game Changers program. She is passionate about social justice issues, and firmly believes in equal opportunities for all individuals, regardless of their pasts.
