Who are Peer Bridgers?

Peer Bridgers are individuals who have a history of incarceration. They have successfully transitioned back into the community and are now able to assist others returning home.

These individuals share a unique lived experience with anyone dealing with the trauma of arrest and/or incarceration.

Peer Bridgers offer inspirational and practical support that helps to create a bridge from the past to a positive future.
