Referral Services

Team Interrupters Inc. (TII) works with local community organizations by providing referrals that will enhance and expand organizational efforts for returning citizens.  Our team of Peer-Bridgers will offer navigational, advocacy, and motivational support that will increase your ability to aid in transitional success of your clients.  Our Peer-Bridgers advocacy support offers the opportunity for those who have successfully engaged the support network to use their knowledge for positive outcomes for those newly released individuals. 

Assisting returning citizens with the tools to re-assimilate themselves back into society is not an easy process. At Team Interrupters, we believe our most significant contribution is nurturing the relationship through strong follow-up support.  We are here for you all the way through the process.  At Team Interrupters, we also believe the keys to real success is in our sharing how we, ourselves, traveled the journey to our present day achievements.
